Emaar Industries produces continuous-laminated insulated roof and wall panels utilizing Polyurethane (PUR), Polyisocyanurate (PIR), and stone-wool (Rockwool) cores. We also engineer specialized hermetic cam-lock cold room panels up to 200 mm thickness designed for low-temperature food preservation, pharmaceutical warehouses, and cleanrooms.

Yes. We manufacture to project cut-lists. Buyers specify core thickness (40 mm to 200 mm), facer gauge (0.4 mm to 0.8 mm), interior/exterior profiling (trapezoidal, rib, micro-rib, smooth), and specialized paint coatings (Polyester, PVDF, Food-Safe PVC, or anti-static) formulated for high UV index and coastal salinity.

Three core systems are available: Polyurethane (PUR) offering dependable cost-effective thermal insulation; Polyisocyanurate (PIR) providing superior flame retardancy (Class B-s1,d0) with high thermal resistance (0.022 W/m·K); and high-density Rockwool mineral fiber (100–120 kg/m³) delivering non-combustible A1 fire compartmentation and exceptional sound attenuation.

Rockwool panels utilize basalt mineral fibers oriented perpendicularly to steel skins for structural rigidity. Unlike foam cores that form char layers, Rockwool cannot melt or sustain combustion, providing up to 2 hours of structural fire resistance per EN 1365 standards, making it the required specification for fire barrier walls, substations, and plant rooms.

Yes. Our manufacturing and testing procedures adhere to EN 14509 (Self-supporting double skin metal faced insulating panels), ASTM E84 / ASTM C518 thermal and surface burning standards, and ISO 9001:2015 quality management benchmarks. Products hold GCC Civil Defence approvals for use across Oman, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

We source hot-dip galvanized (Z180–Z275) and Aluzinc/Galvalume (AZ150) substrates with regular polyester (25 µm), Super Durable Polyester (SDP), 70/30 PVDF (high UV/chalking resistance), and food-safe Plastisol or PVC film laminates (120–150 µm) designed for meat processing and chemical exposure.

Standard thicknesses include 40, 50, 75, 100, 120, 150, and 200 mm. For insulated roofing, continuous purlin spans of 1.5 m to 2.5 m can be achieved depending on live load and wind uplift criteria. Our technical office provides exact load-span tables calculated for your specific building geometry.
