Covering a 50,000 square meter site footprint, this project integrated over 70,000 square meters of high-density Rockwool mineral fiber core sandwich panels, engineered to meet rigorous civil defence fire safety ratings and provide superior acoustic attenuation.

Engineered for extreme coastal exposure and chemical-laden industrial microclimates, Emaar Industries supplied over 60,000 square meters of high-efficiency roof sandwich panels for this large-scale processing plant. The installation incorporated coordinated skylight translucent sheets to optimize daylighting, lowering daytime energy demand while protecting against harsh saline corrosion.

Silal – Fruit & Vegetable Central Market Cold Stores

As part of the Sultanate of Oman’s flagship agricultural infrastructure in Khazaen, Emaar Industries manufactured and supplied 60,000 square meters of controlled-atmosphere cold room sandwich panels. Delivered between June 2023 and March 2024, the solution incorporated heavy-duty PIR thermal insulation up to 200 mm, underfloor insulation slabs, airtight cam-lock jointing, and cold room door assemblies.
