The roof flashing is manufactured from high-quality EPDM or silicone rubber combined with a malleable aluminum base (plastic with an AL base is also available), providing excellent durability and weather resistance.
The retrofit flashing is specifically engineered for scenarios where the flashing cannot be dropped over the top of the pipe. It simply wraps around the flue or pipe and locks securely with a zip-lock mechanism, making it ideal for replacing failed flashing installations.
The base measures 360 x 360 mm, and the unit accommodates pipe diameters of 6" to 11" as well as 8" to 12" (215 mm to 300 mm).
Standard color selections include green, red, black, brown, grey, and terracotta. Additionally, full OEM/ODM services are available, allowing custom models and configurations to be developed to match customer requirements.
